Quick & Easy Recipe

While I was making out next week's menu I decided to do Quesadilla's for lunch one day and wanted to share this super simple recipe.

Ingredients:
- (4) Tortillas

- (10) slices of bacon (I use Turkey Bacon because I have TONS in our freezer from a sale)

- (4) slices of Oscar Mayer Roasted Turkey Sandwich Meat (or whatever kind you want)

- (2) cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

  1. Cook the bacon and set aside.
  2. Place a tortilla in large pan (we use a quesadilla maker)
  3. Cover tortilla with cheese and add two slices of the Turkey Meat.
  4. Arrange five pieces of bacon on top of the turkey meat.
  5. Top with more cheese and another tortilla.
  6. Cook and flip until cheese is melted.
  7. Repeat to make two quesadillas.
We also add in tomatoes, lettuce, avocados and peppers.  The options are limitless.  You can add whatever you want and the great thing is you can sneak in all sorts of healthy stuff and the kids will just eat it up!  You can serve it with a dipping sauce like salsa or ranch.
