Free Health Screening at Sam's Club January 11th - No Membership Required

This Saturday (January 11th) from 11am - 3pm Sam's Club will be having a FREE health screening.   This screening is up to a $100 value!  The email I received read that "no membership is required."  So that means anyone can participate.

They will check your:
Glucose
Total Cholesterol
Blood Pressure
Body Mass Index
Vision (select clubs)

Space is limited so be sure to show up early.  Screening types and quantities may vary by location.  Screenings are only available at clubs that have a pharmacy.
