ThredUp

I sing the praises of this company.  I know that they've made changes recently and that some people aren't happy with those changes, but I am!  Back before the big change I ordered a box of clothes and was very disappointed with what I got.  It used to be a clothing "swap" where you sent in a box of clothing and received one in return.  You didn't see what you were getting in a box.  You only got a list - no pictures.  I sent in a nice box of clothes and chose what I thought was going to be a good box.  That wasn't the case.  And although I got what was listed the clothes were stained considerably and the shorts were missing the adjustable waist tabs that they were supposed to have.  I stopped using them after that.  That is until they changed to the new method.  I love that I can now see what I am getting.  And I love that I don't have to pay full price for nice clothing.  My children pretty much stain every piece of clothing they get so I'm not going to pay $40 for a pair of jeans that will have grass stains in a week.  Plus, they grow so fast!  My son started out wearing size 10 jeans when school started and I just recently had to go buy him size 12 because his other jeans were getting snug.

I sent in my second bag of clothing to ThredUp and was very pleased with what they paid me.  I was just going to donate the clothes, but decided to see what I could get for it.  And the clothing they didn't accept will be donated anyway so it's a win-win for me!  I did a review of ThredUp HERE and I still stick to my word that this is a great company.

If you'd like to check them out you can go HERE and look around.
