Menu Plan for Week of 2-3-25

 


Hello friends! I'll be spending my Sunday cooking and meal-prepping for the week. I posted about my quick trip to Publix, but didn't show my trip to Food Lion. I picked up four more packs of Perdue Shortcuts on clearance for $2.39 each. The rebate and bonus were reset again on Ibotta, so I got $1.25/1 for each one and a $4 bonus for buying four. This made them $.14 each! I stuck them straight into the freezer and will use a few this week. 

I'll be working on using up a lot this week.


Dinners:

Italian Penicillin Soup with Sourdough Bread

Loaded Potato Soup with ham

Shepherd's Pie with yeast rolls

Chicken Quesadillas with Salsa and veggies


Chicken Fried Rice with roasted veggies

Buffalo Wings, Meatballs, Little Smokies with cut veggies and dip - Super Bowl!



Lunches:

Leftovers

Egg Salad Sandwiches

ground chicken bowls with onions and zucchini (meal prepped)

sub sandwiches



Breakfast:

scrambled eggs with grits

overnight oats (meal prepped)

boiled eggs with avocado toast

Greek yogurt with fruit and nuts
